15 Minute HIIT Workout – Bodyweight & Kettlebell Hybrid Workout

Here’s an a challenging (advanced) at-home bodyweight & kettlebell hybrid HIIT workout that will really get your heart racing and ramp up your metabolism for the rest of your day.

If you feel like you’d better start with something a bit easier and then ramp your way up to this workout, I’ve included a beginner & intermediate version below, as well as some regressions for each exercise.

Timer: 3 Minutes Work / No Rest x 5 Rounds

  • (10X) Burpees
  • (20X) Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • (30X) Russian Kettlebell Swings
  • (40X) Cross-Body Mountain Climbers – 20X Each Side

* Beginner version – 5 Minutes / 0s x 3 Rounds
** Intermediate version – 4 Minutes / 0s x 4 Rounds
*** Movement modifications – Squat Thrusts / Bodyweight Squats / KB Deadlifts
