Peach & Banana Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1

Here’s What You’ll Need …

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 organic banana
  • 1 frozen peach, diced
  • Handful of raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup organic milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Handful of ice

Here’s What You’ll Do …

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high
  2. Add more ice and / or milk as needed
  3. Pour and enjoy!
